Today, May 30, 2024 within the framework of the university’s openness to its external environment, and under the High Patronage of the Wali of Ain Defla, “Mr. Aissa Aziz Bouras”, the Faculty of Science and Technology, in coordination with the Public Institution for Public Health (Ain Lachiekh), and with various actors in the field of health, especially the associations such as the Youth And children Association organized, , I supervised the organization of a study day on “Cardiopathy ” in order to raise awareness of the dangers of this disease, its symptoms and treatment, the rising of an alarming numbers in Algeria according to the statistics provided by the Ministry of Health.
This scientific study day included many participants, including doctors and specialists from local hospital institutions, and participants from several departments: Chlef, Blida, Algeria, Tissemsilt… The meeting was opened with a speech by the University Rector, Professor Dr. Berrabah Mohamed Al-Sheikh, in which he expressed his pride in hosting this scientific forum. He extended his thanks to all the medical and paramedical staff participating in the activities of this academic day, promising the opening of the medical annex at our university in the next few academic seasons.
The manifestation included scientific lectures, in addition to workshops and a scientific exhibition in the lecture hall.
