Within the framework of the National Caravan program “Youth: Idea” in its third edition, which was launched on May 9, aiming to accompany young people with innovative ideas in order to realize their projects, especially students, today it arrives at the University of Djilali Bounaama Khemis Miliana, on May 27, 2024. Under the supervision and presence of the Wali of Ain Defla Department “Mr. Aissa Aziz Bouras”, accompanied by all state administrative, security and military institutions,the local authorities, representatives of elected councils, the local delegate for the Mediation of the Republic, the General Supervisor of the Caravane, the State Secretary of the National Organization of the Moudjahidine, representatives of the Supreme Council for Youth, the media. The guests of honor were received by all components of the university, led by the University Rector Professor. « Berabah Mohamed Echeikh », accompanied by: Vicrectors, university administrators and officials, representatives of labor unions, representatives of student associations, and students.
In the context of his welcoming speech to the guests of honor, led by the Wali of Ain Defla and the convoy crew, he expressed the strenuous efforts that the Higher Education Sector is devoting to entrepreneurial thought, especially after the adoption of Resolution “1275: University degree – startup/ university degree – patent,” which brought about a qualitative transformation in the sector through 114 university by harnessing all structures and capabilities to support the national economy and local development, especially after the establishment of Entrepreneurial Interface Centers, and the university’s openness to its external environment in the form of fruitful partnerships.
