The tasks of the General Secretariat
It is specified in Article 24 of the joint ministerial decision dated 08 Rajab 1425 corresponding to August 24, 2004, which specifies the administrative organization of the university directorate, the college, the institute, the university annex and its common interests:
01 – Preparing a project for the management of human resources for the college and ensuring its implementation.
02 – the management of the career path for college employees.
03 – Ensuring the management and preservation of the archive and documentation of the college.
04 – Preparing the college budget project and ensuring its implementation.
05 – Promotion of scientific, cultural and sports activities for the benefit of students, in coordination with the relevant bodies of the university directorate
06 – managing the movable and real estate means of the college and ensuring its maintenance.
07 – Ensure the implementation of the college’s internal security plan.
The General Secretariat includes the following departments:
- Users interest and it has two branches
- Professors Branch
- Branch of administrative and technical employees and departmental agents
The Department of Budget and Accounting has two branches
- Budget Branch
- Accounting branch
- Interest in scientific, cultural and sports activities
The Department of Means and Maintenance has two branches
- The means branch
- Maintenance branch
