About the faculty

   the Faculty of Economics, Commercial, & Management Sciences (FECMS) is committed to serving its  students, socio-economic actors, and society at large. Its primary goal is to equip students with the necessary skills to successfully adapt to their professional environments and become future leaders who can shape the future of companies. In addition, it fosters a spirit of creativity and open-mindedness among researchers and academics.

The FECMS offers undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate programs in various fields, such as economics, commerce, management, accounting, marketing, and banking and finance. The faculty’s educational programs cover all aspects of economics and management, including finance, audit, management, banking, marketing, HRM, accounting, international trade, and finance. The acquisition of professional skills aligned with clearly identified job roles and strong partnerships with companies are prioritized to ensure professionalization of the students.

Furthermore, the faculty’s research endeavors are facilitated through four research laboratories, namely, IEOEI (Industry, Organizational Evolution of Companies and Innovation), ENALG (Digital Economy in Algeria), DELWA (Local Development and Entrepreneurship in the Ain Defla Province), and SEEDE (Strategies of Start-up Enterprises and Economic Diversification).

The FECMS offers a wide range of educational opportunities leading to recognized university degrees, which are based on the principles of openness and professionalization. These offerings include 7 bachelor’s degrees and 7 master’s degrees, as well as 14 postgraduate (PhD) programs.

The FECMS actively contributes to economic and social development through its programs and quality standards, and attracts a significant number of professionals who seek to enhance their skills through continuing education.

To meet the diverse needs of its students, the FECMS offers differentiated educational paces and a progressive specialization model based on both fundamental and transversal knowledge. This enables students to pursue an education that is aligned with their competencies and interests, and ultimately to integrate successfully into the workforce.
