The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a call for applications for the “Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant Program 2025–2026.”

Eligibility criteria for this program are as follows:

  • The student must be enrolled for the 2024–2025 academic year in one of the following levels:
    Master 2 (M2), 5th year of Engineering studies, or 3rd year of the second cycle in Higher Schools.
  • The student must provide a valid TOEFL certificate.
  • The student must be among the top-ranking students of their class.

Application file must include:

  1. A copy of the “Top of the Class” certificate issued by the academic supervisor.
  2. Copies of registration certificates for each of the 5 years of university study.
  3. Copies of transcripts for the first 4 years of university study.
  4. The “5-star” certificate.
  5. A copy of the TOEFL certificate.

NB: The deadline for submitting applications to the PGRS services of the faculty is April 21, 2025, at 12:00 PM.
