Tasks of the General Secretariat of the Faculty

In accordance with the Joint Ministerial Decision of 2004, which determines the administrative organization of the University Management, the Faculty, the Institute, the University Attaché and its common interests, the General Secretariat of the Faculty undertakes to:

  • Prepare the project human resources management plan of the faculty and assure successful the execution;

  • Manage the career path of faculty employees.

  • Ensure the management and conservation of the archives and documentation of the faculty

  • Prepare and Monitor Budgets of the faculty and assure its execution;

  • To promote scientific, cultural and sports activities for the benefit of students in coordination with the concerned structures of the rectorate

  • Manage the movable and immovable resources of the faculty and ensure their maintenance

  • Ensure the implementation of the faculty’s internal security plan

In order to be able to carry out its missions, the General Secretariat of the Faculty includes several services, namely:

Staff service:

  • Section of teacher’s employees,

  • Section of administrative, technical and agents staff,

Budget and Accounting Service:

  • The section of the budget.

  • The section of the accounting

Means and maintenance service:

  1. Section of the general means.

  2. Section of maintenance.
