Through its “International Student Welcome Office” located within the services of the Vice Dean in charge of scientific research, the institute aims to facilitate the integration of international students enrolled at Djilali Bounaama Khemis Miliana University, particularly in terms of university life and socio-cultural aspects.

The International Student Welcome Office provides information and support to students throughout all administrative procedures from the beginning to the end of their studies. Its objectives are:

• Welcoming international students and researchers and informing them about administrative procedures within the university and in everyday life.
• Offering a more or less personalized follow-up of academic progress after enrollment.
• Assisting in resolving any administrative issues faced by international students for their integration into university life.
• Organizing cultural activities or events that promote the integration of foreign students into student life.

Furthermore, this office is equipped with digital tools such as a photocopier, scanner, computer, and internet connection, providing students with the necessary resources to assist them in their studies and other tasks.

The institute also has an open-access internet room equipped with computers and digital resources to help students with research or other academic work.
